Japan Visual Art Exhibition has been held every year as the prize contest especially for graphic works by Japan's Art and Culture Association (JACA).
The purpose of this contest and exhibition is to dig up and raise hidden talented artists who can create the new generation as leaders over Japan. In addition, not only in Japan but on abroad, Japan's Art and Culture Association (JACA) holds Japan Visual Art Exhibition and introduce their extraordinary works to international societies.
In 1996 Japan Visual Art Exhibition was held in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh cities as part of Japanese and Vietnamese culture exchange activities.
