| Soon after the Tet Vietnamese New Year 1999,
Prime Minister Phan Van Khai had the meeting with
over 700 Vietnamese entrepreneurs at Union Palace
in Ho Chi Minh city on Mar. 18 and 19 to discuss
national economic policies and the full
cooperation between the government and Vietnamese
