"Association of Japanese Citizen Friendship with Vietnam"
in Nagoya, Japan. Over 850 sewing machines donated from Japanese citizens were sent to Vietnam.

| 1989 | Founded TRI DUNG BUSINESS SCHOOL in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam as the first private vocational training school. |
| 1990 | Contributed 100 wheelchairs to hospitals in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam cooperating with one of the Japanese private company owners. |
| 1995 | Developed the Campaign "FUNDS TO CONSTRUCT HOA DUA NURSERY SCHOOL in Ben Tre city, Vietnam" with the volunteer group, "Vietnam Friendship Citizen Organization" in Nagoya, Japan. Collected donation the total 1,500,000 yen and provided guidance on construction planning. The building was completed in 1996 with 300 childrens' accomodation.. |
